The Third Annual Diplomacy of the Heart Conference was held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, on April 27–29, 2026, bringing together scholars, educators, diplomats, youth leaders, and international partners to explore the role of language, literature, and law in advancing intercultural dialogue and peacebuilding.
